This is a unique formation meeting for the Pedagogical leaders of our schools – all those educators (directors, staff members, teachers, or any other person in the school’s structure) who are responsible for reflecting on, planning, implementing, or evaluating the overall learning processes of students in a school..

This conference is an opportunity to deepen our knowledge, discuss our common mission but also a chance to share practical experiences and build relationships among colleagues from schools across Europe and the Middle East.

Conference lectures, presentations, sharing sessions and workshops will focus on the theme: “He sent them two by two … Accompaniment; walking with our colleagues ‘from’ and ‘into’ the heart of our Ignatian tradition”.

Objectives

The main objectives of this Conference are:

  • to reflect together on our shared mission in the context of today’s challenges
  • to deepen our understanding of Ignatian spirituality and pedagogy
  • to give Pedagogical Leaders a ‘retreat style’ experience
  • to support school leaders formation
  • to offer a unique opportunity for school leaders to meet and share, and build a European learning community.

Participants

The target audience for this conference is primarily for Pedagogical leaders from Jesuit and Companion Schools (primary and secondary level).

Language

There will be simultaneous translation into three languages (EN / SP / FR).

Small group meetings for reflection and sharing will be in your preferred language.

Conference fee

2 cost of the conference is 600 € per person (including accommodation and visits).

Arrangements for payment will be made through your Province Delegate.

You will receive the invoice after registration.

In case you need to cancel your participation in the event, please be aware of our the cancelation policy:

  • after 6 January – 50%
  • after 3 March – 75%
  • 1 week before conference and no show – 100%
